Further Mindfulness

Have been making attempts at meditation most nights before bed, leading to the question: does it make a difference? Hard to put a definitive answer, but will say that did have a couple of great walks with Debbie while on holiday. Walking along the beach with my shoes off, feeling the sand in my feet and the wind blowing. Just being more aware of all around me.

Spending 10 -20 minutes being still is interesting. Being physically still and also mentally still too. Not being blank in mind as that is not vipassana meditation.
