Orange iPhone – “lawyers” looking at T & C

Too optimistic to expect an email reply the same day.  Decided to call Orange customer services.  The lady I spoke to was unsure whether there would be any restrictions on the Orange iPhone.  After speaking with her manager, said several people had asked the same question.  Their “lawyers” were looking into it, whether they would need to rewrite the Terms and Conditions.  This would likely happen before the launch day on the 10th November. Have to wait and see.

If they do not restrict the phone then maybe I’ll wait until early next year and get one to replace my Blackberry 8320.  Or maybe, if the new Motorola Droid is released in the UK that would be worth waiting for:

The Dext available in the UK now, is similar:

The Droid seems to have the edge though.
